By signing below, I agree that the above information is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I also agree to a non-refundable $10 service fee, due at the time of submitting this document, for the artist’s time and labor for creating my custom one-of-a-kind Wicked Pendulum whether I decide to purchase the finished product or not. I understand my non-refundable $10 service fee may also be applied to shipping/gas for this custom Wicked Pendulum if I decide to purchase my custom Wicked Pendulum and have it shipped/delivered to me. I understand I have 5 days, after the delivery of any text, email, or invoice (whichever comes last) that is sent to me from The Wicked Ghost, LLC, to continue the custom build process or to make payment for purchase of my custom Wicked Pendulum (if The Wicked Ghost LLC deems this custom Wicked Pendulum to be complete and I wish to purchase it) before my custom Wicked Pendulum is considered abandoned or intuitively designed for someone else and made available to the public for sale at first-come-first-serve. I also understand that there are no refunds once I purchase my completed custom Wicked Pendulum.
